Picked up the call but said nothing, just waiting for them to say anything. Hung-up after 2 seconds so my guess is a scammer

Ibrahim called me to say he was calling to find out what issues I had in my house. And something about a housing association. I haven't lived in a place associated with a housing association for about 11 years, so I am assuming they have illegally got hold of an old list. When I pressed, asking what house and what housing association, he hung up.

said he was Ibrahim from my local housing association about my repairs. Hung up SCAM!

Called. Hung up when answered

They claimed to be from a housing group about repairs I never reported. It sounded like a scam trying to get personal details.

Answered and immediately hung up

Scammer. Claimed to be from some housing group calling about a "report I made" - told them to remove my number and not call again.
