Caller said they were from O2-Virgin Media and, straight out of the gate, they were trying to dig for any complaints I had with signal problems, bad service or high prices. Highly suspicious. They didn't follow any sort of protocols to verify that it was O2 calling, so I made an excuse that it's a bank holiday and hung up.
Didn’t answer
Said they were from o2 virgin media and because of negative comments from customers since the merge they were blocking all SIM cards and sending out new ones. Challenged the caller and hung up.
