Caller said they were from O2-Virgin Media and, straight out of the gate, they were trying to dig for any complaints I had with signal problems, bad service or high prices. Highly suspicious. They didn't follow any sort of protocols to verify that it was O2 calling, so I made an excuse that it's a bank holiday and hung up.
