Called on me on my mobile let them go on for a while to annoy then then hung up and blocked them , so they called on my landline which has already call blocker on it . Very persistent!!
Just rung me. Very persistent. Tried to get me to do a speed test. BT can do this remotely. He said he couldn’t so I told him I didn’t believe he was BT and put the phone down.
Don’t get fooled - phoned claiming to be BT Openreach with a security issue on our router. Ironically it was just as our broadband connection dropped so I could easily have believed them but didn’t. Don’t give any information or answer any questions, Just hang up, however hard they push, it’s a scam.

incorrect contact name we have an internet router problem.... will call back in an hour said her name was Anna Smith
