Talked about refund on car finance wanted to to wait on the line while he sent a form to me. Know my number and name but nothing else

Kai calling from My Car Finance, claimed to be compliant with GDPR and having got my number from '3rd parties'. At one point he mentioned this was as a result of finance agreements with Santander, which I don't have.
