This is Utilita's customer/complaints number - they will call customers regarding bookings, missed payments and complaints. Like some softphone systems some agents forget they have mute on and you will get silence other times it could be a bug with the system, but they are legit.
Asked me for my details but I refused, I asked them what my initials were and they got them wrong. In my opinion its a scam.
Spoke to Utilita earlier today This number rand twice but when I answered I was greeted by silence on both occasions.

Utilita calling re my complaint that I did make the previous day, booked an engineer to come to the property
Called and text from utilita to say they want to help put my electricity on errr it's not off
Called did not answer, supposedly left a message, no message left. Probable scam.
deffo not utilita as rung them up personally to see if i had any debt obvious i didnt so its a spam call
Had a call to say that I have a debt with the company and that I need to call back.
