Called me saying they were from EE I just said I’m not interested

I’ve just received a call from this number. And they know a lot of my details Saying there was from 02

I didn't accept the call because I no that 019 numbers are usually just scammers. So I let it ring out and check the number on the internet. If i find out it 'could' be a genuine call from a company I am actually subscribed to then they will still be there if you ring them back on a phone number already hold for them an know is genuine. As it happens I do have a EE contract sim i use as my main contact info, but I also have a dual sim card phone so I also have a voda pay and go sim to recieve calls on. This number just rang the EE number first and then within 5 mins rang the voda sim aswell :) Are dual network providers a thing now ??? ;)

probably fake O2, as I don't have an O2 account

11th August. Said they were from EE and could get me a better tariff or upgrade my phone. I'm not with EE!!
