Woman with Indian accent said she was from Sky and wanted to offer me 20% off my current Sky bill. Started to ask for personal info so hung up. She called back and when I said I wouldn't be providing any personal details she hung up
Let answerphone take call, no message left so assume scam
call ended as soon as I picked up also phone said it's from Wigan
Said they were from EE offering 40% on my phone bill. Person had an India accent. When challenged them they said I was confused and she didn’t want to talk to me any more and put the phone down.

Got the call at 12:30pm I never speak first to I know numbers so after about 20 seconds of silence the hung up. Apparently this is a land-line in Wigan I don't know anyone in wigan anyway so I'll block it
