SCAM - tried to tell me about fictitious card transactions and aske me to press certain keys to respond
They called saying my Internet was not running a fast as it could and tried to talk me into a series of internet app download, upload access systems for this or that, I repeatedly asked for credentials - it wasn't working as the man thought. I said I'm ending this call he said 'go fuck yourself'. Take what you need from that, I'd say as dodgy as they come, don't even take the call just block the number before they ring. Or that member of staff needs to be fired. He was called Dave..at least he said he was.
