Indian chap claiming to be from National Grid, arranging a replacement meter as I have been overcharged. Very believable and knowledgeable. Didnt ask for bank details (yet) and seemed to know who my supplier is. Arranged a replacement meter for March. Said I will receive an email from either National Grid or his manager ([email protected]) so this started to stink. I suspect its an elaborate fraud to such you in and eventually get your bank details or worse.
