I closed my Tesco credit card account yesterday 17/04/23, the young man said it was all sorted and was closed. Today another person called me around 18:10pm, asking did I try to close my Tesco credit card account, he said that it hadn't closed because the card was registered under my previous address, as I moved last October, and couldn't remember if I changed the address for that card. I would just like to know what to do, as he asked for my bank sort code and account number.
