used NHS 111 online symptom checker and requested a call back, a nurse called me back from this number 20 minutes later

NHS rang at 12.30AM ro give me my Mother's blood test results back as they had rang her and she didn't pick up the phone, who the hell calls at that time of night , it is dangerous especially when you have been woken up startled and they are asking you private questions about an elderly vulnerable person living alone. I told them not to keep calling her you will frighten her to death they then asked me to go wake her up, I live half an hour away, and NO, that wasn't happening either, sounds horrible not to go, but they did blood tests days prior to calling me at 12.30AM in the day time.

It was NHS 111 was told be about an hour but they rang me at 3.54 am I rang them at 9.00pm they called back at 3.54 am I understand they are busy but don't ring people when they are trying to relax and sleep 😂 I had seriously bad back and couldn't sleep and tried to sleep on my bed but couldn't get back up again so I was on the sofa listening to spirit pond reiki healing and trying to fall asleep

NHS 111. I called them for medical advice after I was instructed to do by my doctor at short notice. I called them at 4:30 p.m. and I had a missed call at 3:22 am. Even though I was advised that I might have to wait an hour or two. I had no chance of hearing the call because my phone goes on silent after 8 pm anyway.

Nhs..2 days after...not a heroes..bunch of moaning and spoiled kids.Dont care anymore whose fault is that.I pay taxes.Dont receive what i pay for..And not all is fault of the government.Should be same as US system.You pay when you need it or die..not that you pay and die anyways. Pay increase..what a joke.NHS is already political movement.

NHS call back service. booked a call back at half 10 in the morning rang 14 hours later after i already called 111 hours after asking for a call back and was sent to urgent care.

NHS 111 call back at 04-11 hrs.was told 20 hours before that a doctor would call within the hour .never happened,until 4 am following morning. Not appropriate. Poor service

NHS Call back ringing the house down at 5:17am after saying they would callback in at most 4h, since they didn't callback I went to A&E instead and got it sorted. Calling me 17 hours late...

111 return call, however 20 hours later, at 3am, and after i had already been in contact with them and seen an emergency dentist

Been awaiting a 111 callback, since 11am it's now 20.48 and when we answered it just beeped twice and no one there.

NHS 111, who said they would call back within the hour after I spoke to them about symptoms similar to a mini stroke, but certainly indictative of stress and very high blood pressure. They didnt call back within the hour, they did 14hrs later, waking people up at 3.26am is somehow deemed appropriate.
