0191 671 2026 Neutral Who called me from this phone number?

This number called me about 4 or 5 times and I have had it!! SO to humour this so-called company, I asked them to repeat what they said and all she said, 'sorry, I can't'

Call from this number twice today and answered the first time because it's a local number. Same old story fishing for accident details. I once tried to get to the bottom of where they got my details from but they're sold on from comparison companies etc. They really are the lowest form of business.

Inundated with calls from this number when asked to stop said it was first time he had called and called me a F+++ing B+++end and hung up. Not from an 0191 local accent always from Liverpool

My wife has received 3 calls so far this week from a person claiming that we've had an accident in a car. As neither of us drive it makes you wonder where they get this information. When my wife asked for details of the Police Constabulary dealing with the alleged incident the caller became abrupt and abusive and hung up. Can anyone advise us how to stop these calls.

Same as all other comments really. Only answered because it was an 0191 number which is local to me. Said he was closing the file on an accident. When I said I hadn't had one he hung up. Strong Liverpool accent. Number now blocked.

Had a call from this number at 5.30pm on 21/07/2015 Scouse accent. Sounded abusive in tone. Couldn't understand so hung up

Called themselves "Albany Assist" (which doesn't exist) using a 01916712026 supposedly Tyneside number, but call is quite obviously not from Tyneside and is from Liverpool - another set of scum bag telemarketers pestering people about car insurance accident claims. Asked if I was satisfied with way my recent accident was handled - I asked what accident last one was over 5yrs ago - they rang off surprise surprise as no money to be made out of me as claims over 3yrs are no good for personal accidents! If they call you ask them to hold the line and just leave until they ring off after wasting some of their time fro a change then call bar them!

Rang the other day using a local Tyneside number so I answered. Caller had strong scouse accent and asked about my recent accident...told him I hadn't had one. Same number tried again today...idiots...didn't answer and now added to call barred list. Talktalk only allow 10 numbers to be barred unfortunately...need a lot more than that.

This number called me and attempted to seel me plate of kippers and tankard of cider. I was not at all interested, although the caller was very friendly. He had a stammer but i was patient with him. He was a Tranmere Rovers supporter.

JUST HAD A NUISANCE CALL FROM THIS NUMBER ASKING ABOUT AN ACCIDENT I HAD WHICH WAS CRAP AS I HADN`T HAD ANY ACCIDENT

These people called me and referenced the name of the company who have been handling my claim for an accident, saying they were closing the file and asking me to rate the service to date. It was a local number but with a Scouse accent - they were purporting to be from the company I'd been dealing with. I became suspicious when they asked me some basic info about the claim. When another Scouse woman called to progress the claim (they said I was owed some outstanding money) I grilled her and recorded the call. She got upset that I called them fraudulent for posing as another company and hung up in the end. I've reported to my insurance company. These people are scum.

I'm registered with TPS and receive constant calls from this number, at first someone would speak then I said I was registered with TPS and they shouldn't be calling me, now its silent calls. They won't give a name and when you call back its an automated "this is a marketing call" answer message

Called today at 17.45. Asked for me by name and said 'UK claims assistance' about the accident. I told her not to be so stupid and put the phone down. We are registered with TPS as well so much good that is!

Called me today when I answered lady was too busy having a conversation with someone else. When she did decide to speak she asked for me by name and I confirmed it was me she was speaking to soon as I mentioned I was registered with TPS she hung up no apologies nothing. When you call back its an automated serviced that says "this is a marketing call, we may call you back" no options to remove you

Called me today saying it was about accident in last 24 months. The caller was female with Liverpool accident but rang from a local North East phone number. When I asked if they had the date of the accident they said they did not have this and it happen within last 24 months. They said the driver admitted liability, then asked if it was a 50/50 claim but then talked about charges. As both me any my husband have been involved in accidents in last couple of months I asked if they had the right person and that I did not know what they were talking about. She said as she had not been in company long that she would get her supervisor to ring me back - hopefully not now!

Received a call from this number today asking about an accident I had been in within the last two years When I said ," I don't think so" chap (with a Liverpool accent) said "why not?" I asked where he had got his information from and he said "my computer system." I tried to push for more information and he hung up on me! I rang the number back and a recorded announcement said that it was a marketing line and they were sorry they had missed me and would ring me back. I hope not.

Local number to me, so thought it must be genuine. First time a few days ago I missed the call. Second time today, I answered, caller was speaking to somebody else and just hung up. Annoyed as have elderly relatives, and need to answer a local call in case there's a problem with them. We are ex-directory, so I don't know how they have our number. Not impressed.

I had a call from this number on 14th. January 2015. A Liverpool accented man who somehow knew my name despite it being ex directory advised me that I was owed £300 insurance from an accident two or three years ago. I went along with him he talked about the insurance money I was due then passed me over to a so called expert who would take details. At this point I hung up. I have not had an accident. I called the police to report it and it is going to be investigated.

Had a call from 01916712026 asking if I had recently had an accident. When I replied "not that I know of" he hung up. I returned the call but was told all of the customer service operators were busy and one would call me back...not sure how as I withheld my number. This is the second one I have had, the last one was from an International Undisclosed number with an Indian accent male caller.

Female with North East accent asking about a vehicle accent or, if it wasn't me, anybody else in the house! Knew my name, and our number is ex-directory

Called me from a tyneside number ,but with a scouse accent. Said he was calling about an accident I had in the last two and a half years. I haven't had an accident in that time. I asked him which one, the first, the second or the third. He hung up, obviously didn't see the funny side.

Guy called about an accident I had recently - I said I haven't had an accident and hung up - we are TPS so have reported them through the website - again this is a local number to me but had a Liverpool accent
