Called at 5.55pm today. I didn't recognise the number so let the ansafone get it. An extremely garbled, pre-recorded message (Newcastle accent - woman's voice) was left, most of which (despite listening to it a dozen times), was totally illegible but towards the end became a bit clearer and I could make out "if you wish to ....... (totally illegible) ......... then please call us on 0845 340 0764 (or 5?) ... thank you". No idea who they were or what they wanted! They've been added to my 'blocked' list!

It was scottish power 'offering other goods and services'. They can continually call me(answered once) yet they can't respond to repeated emails / msgs /callbacks when I've had a problem with my account(as has 1000s of others) since may. Still waiting on a fix to my account billing. They still take my direct debit tho.. Joke of a company.
