She said she was calling on behalf of Royal Mail - I have daily collections. Calling to check the details they had on file were correct. I said nothing had changed so there was nothing to check! Second time this week....
Called 2 day running. When I answered on the second day I got music playing to me so hung up. Obviously a scam of some sort
Courtney called saying she was from Royal Mail, wanted to check address/no of people in the office/ type of business/Director details & email Not sure if valid or scam but only details asked for are those that could be found on our website/companies house anyway
Called and said they were calling from the Royal Mail Group. Wanted to confirm our full address, contact number, how many staff members and they had the name of our director already but didn't have an email for them. When i mentioned they should have that already if they are in fact calling from Royal Mail (as we use them) she hung up.... spam call
Said they were checking our address from Royal Mail. Had our old address. Royal Mail pick up from us every day, so a bit suspicious.
Said her name was Amy and wanted to talk to someone about costs to use Royal Mail but couldn't send by email.
Calling 'on behalf of Royal Mail' and checked if they had the correct details for company name, address, if we send weekly parcels and first point of contact and their email address.
A lady named Ashley called. She said she was calling on behalf of Royal Mail.
Answered the phone, they didn't say a word, sounds like a call center/office in the background.
Hangs up the moment you say hello, sounds like a room full of people on calls
