Scam caller ,does this every month,it rings 3 times then they hang up ,it’s a ploy to get you to answer then they add to their phone list then sell it to other scammers ,THE BEST WAY TO HANDLE THESE CALLS IS TO NEVER ANSWER THE CALLS
