Clare Cavendish called from Crime & Safety Awareness trying to sell an emergency response system. Requested she removed us from the list as whoever had given our details had no authority to do so.

Yes the lady who named herself Clare Cavendish said she was from the Crime Awareness Group. Said they can fit something in my house for free. I put the phone down on her.

said they were calling from a 'crime awareness' group and asking when would be the best time to visit me to show their 'alarm device' . hung up on me immediately when I said I wasn't interested as I didn't know who they were or how they had got my number (they seemed to know my name)

Answer the phone and caller said goodbye obviously some sort of scam.
