Claimed to be from Lebara. Requested interest in upgrading to Samsung Galaxy S25. Told him I wasn't interested. Asked whether about plan I was on. I said if you're calling from Lebara you should know. Asked if network service was OK and said 4G would be taken out soon and would I upgrade to 5G! (There are presently no End of Life plans for 4G disconnection). Didn't know my name! Didn't know what planI was on! Insistent on upgrade! Chancing it or what? How did they know which Telco I was subscribed to.
