This number called my 86 year old father-in-law who has dementia and is partially deaf. He was left very distressed and confused, and I'm glad to hear it was just a survey, but think they need to edit their database to remove elderly and vulnerable patients from their list. Very poor performance. No doubt the service has been farmed out to some private company.

OK, this is an automated survey by the NHS Trust. My 80 yr old father was getting distressed about calls from this number (01902 854623) to the point of him receiving 3-4 calls "a day" from it. I did some digging around and it looks like its generated by the Patient Advisory Liaison service ( PAL) also known as the Patient Experience Team. You can contact them on 01902 695362 or 01902 695368 and ask for your number to be removed. Please share this information.
