Scam/Fraud
Some SE Asian sounding female rang my line land at about 1040 today claiming she was from Microsoft and that my PC was sending out spam messages etc or some other rubbish. I explained that I wasn't going to go in to work and that I would notify my IT Manager. At this point she used some rather unladylike language and claimed I was wasting her time, which I was deliberately. I know Microsoft don't have an office in Aberfeldy which is the area code displayed on my phone. This scam is so old it should be drawing its state pension by now. The scammers must be desperate; they are using antique scams.
