'Hello this is Gabby, your local energy saving expert assigned to your postcode. Can I take the first part of your postcode please?' When questioned what my postcode was she tried to dodge the question twice & move the conversation on. When asked again ended the conversation. Personal details harvesting & has called 3 times this week until I have spoke to her so defiantly Harassing.
