Caller claimed to be from BT saying other people are using my connection from different addresses. I have received similar calls from different extensions several times by what sounds like the same Asian female voice.

Said they were from Amazon and someone had bought an iPhone on my account for £799, they asked if it was me, I haven’t so they said they would help me get my money back, I told them I would contact my bank myself and ended call. Lots of phone chattering in background.

Robot claiming to be from Visa asking me to push 1 to authorise a £900 payment. I hung up. I wish them well as I have not got £900 for them to steel!
