This was a genuine NHS 111 callback that I was expecting.

Had a call from this number saying nhs 111, and they were closing my case as it was the second time they called, yet I had t even Called them and they had only called once. Scam

Genuine call from 111 so they could add me to a call with my mother. This isn't cold caller!

I think it’s a scam, I received a call at 12:38am which obviously went to voicemail saying they had tried to contact me already and were closing my case. I hadn’t had a first call and also never contacted 111. Be wary and don’t give out any details, they should already have them if you had indeed contacted them first.

Was a call back from 111 but at 4:30am so completely missed. Unaware if you can call back.

Said she was from 111 and my son in law was concerned for my mental health when I called 111 they had no idea what it was about.
