Scam, judging from other comments. Came just under two weeks since I was switched to digital phone.
Had my name and landline no. Said they could reduce the insurance???on my bill 🤔foreign speaker I hung up
Asked if I was aware that my local telephone exchange had been changed to digital and had I changed my line to digital. I said yes and she rang off. I suspect if I had said no she would have attempted to sell me something and access my financial details.
Scammer trying to tell me that they're from BT and telling me that I'll be pleased to learn that I'm eligible for a discount. Unsettlingly they have my name, telephone number and postcode, but I'm not with BT.
