01841 600003 Negative Who called me from this phone number?

Said they had accessed my credit file, and did I owe debts on file. Asian bloke told him I don’t give my personal info and hadn’t asked for a call. Told him to remove my no from database and that I would be contacting police, soon put phone down!

Said he was from O2 and they were running a promotion for 30% off my monthly bill. They rang once and hung up before my phone even registered the call and then again 30 seconds later.

called me like 10 minutes ago, I didn’t know who this caller was so I phoned back (they didn’t pick up) and sent them a text

Why is caller keep calling and then hang up?

Mass spamming by silent caller, rapidly telephones from lots of different telephone numbers from ranges 01841 600000 and upwards. For example, 01841 600003, 01841 600004 and 01841 600005. Silent caller then ends call within 0 seconds to 18 seconds.

Yes, they said they are calling from "02 promotions" and I will get a 50% discount voucher, I am actually with 02. I thought this is a scam so I accepted the promotion and was then handed to another guy, who I just kept hanging on in order for them to waste time and money and then I blocked the call They both had very strong Indian accents and I knew they were fake as they would have had to speak better English in order to get such a job if they were genuine.

Hung up when I answered first time, second time didn't ring long enough for me to look at who was calling.

Called me saying they were from virgin media. Asked the woman to confirm my name and she was whispering to another person in the room, then proceeded to say she knew my name… ‘idiot’ and ‘stupid’ was my name according to this lovely scammer.

Called me twice in a row when I didn't pick up. Left no message.

Said he was from O2 promotions. There is no such thing. Told him he was a scammer, hung up and blocked the number.

Called saying they were from O2’s discount team and that they wanted to process a 30% discount to my bill. Advised I would receive two text messages that I needed to click through to enable the discount- fraudulent scammers

they said they provide Iphone on 24 month contract wiht just 35 GBP a month. seems fraud

Called 15.11 today but hung up when I answered

Came up on phone as "Potential Fraud", didn't answer and no message left.

Caller (she) said "I am from Vodaphone Sales".

Caller said they were from Carphone warehouse

Caller said he was from virgin media. I said I was in middle of something important could he be quick. He hung up so I rang number back (withholding my number just in case). An American accent voicemail said it was KML gas. Obviously it scam as bloke I spoke to said he was from virgin media.
