I have received several spam calls from this number. When I return the call it has an unusual dial tone and redirects to a voicemail that sounds like it's for "Noel Paul" whoever that is. Nobody answers.

This maybe a scam but they have an old database from 3 Three mobile and are using it to request answers to questions that 3 would have already known. I have been rung 5 times over the last few weeks and the last 2 times I have said "I have their number and am reporting them to the Data Protection Office" it's suprising how fast they put the phone down. The more people that actually report it to the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) the faster they will be shutdown. Reporting it to Ofcom is now a waste of time as they do nothing to protect the consumer know.
