Male French accent, speaking very quickly, very insistent and with a very loud and noisy background saying my Electricity Meter wasn’t working properly and had to be changed. I could not hear him properly and I disconnected the call. He rang back telling me I needed to do something so I told him if this were true, they could write to me outlining next steps. In then blocked the phone number
