Claimed to be from Boots contact lens scheme ringing to book me in for an eye test. I said I wasn’t due one and they left me on hold to check my records at which point I felt uncomfortable and ended the call.
I was told Boots Opticians call centre for booking eye appointment. I am with Boots but didnt feel comfortable answering questions to someone I couldnt prove was who they were saying. Phoned my own branch but they didnt know if there was a call centre in Plymouth. waiting to talk to Boots Opticians call centre to check.
This unknown number has called twice but leaves no message
