Call taken today from this firm for my elderly mother. Claimed they were phoning to renew her subscription for TV support. Advised them I wasn't aware this had been taken out and sny issues would be dealt with by family. Caller asked if I held power of attorney and I replied yes. They ststed they would call back later. Caller awaremy mother is elderly. After checking through her paperwork and finding no trace of this firm number blocked
