I have now had 6 of these calls from this or a similar number, all claiming to be Becky (Indian lady) from Virgin Media with router problems. I have finally learned how to block numbers thank goodness.
Had a call, same issues as above regarding Virgin media, yesterday another call apparently from SKY. Neither call when there is a real issue, I have to call SKY. These people are ruthless scammers, just not very good ones thank goodness !
Hung up when answered
Two calls today from this number. One a male, the other a female both very thick Indian accents hardly understandable saying there are fault codes coming from our system. Checking up in virgin media website, no known issues. Equally no issues logging in etc. Strongly suspect it is a scam.
Claiming they are virgin media and can make our internet faster, We aren't even in virgin internet
