Cold call, but I couldn't understand her North of England accent when she said what company (or whatever) she was from. She asked if I was the home owner but hung up when I asked her again what she said her company was. This is the second similar call in the last few days from someone with an English accent. As I'm TPS registered I didn't appreciate it!
