Called me at 8:15pm to do a survey of the Blackpool area I do live in Blackpool but told me she was from the council which I doubt they’d call me at 8:15

I call this harassment as they have pestered me several times, expecting me to waste my time doing a pro bono survey. Would they do a free survey on my behalf, I doubt it.
