Looked it up it’s a landline belonging to Jasson Smith with every social Media app. Looks Indian could be wrong and has at least seven other numbers all the same but the last digit it different 1-7 /01668 228543 company is Magrathea Telecommunications Limited. So who they are haven’t a clue
