01653 531241 Negative Who called me from this phone number?

I too was scammed. Both times by Vanessa and I paid £150 on 15/12/21 and a further £299 on 31/3/22. The original advert was on facebook to which I responded. They strung me along talking about a refund of £9500 and how their team of solicitors were hard at work processing my claim. I put a warning on facebook to alert other would be victims following which I received a threatening phone call from a male person telling me to take the comment down or he would sue me for libel/slander. I have written off the money especially as it was so long ago but if it helps I will report it.

Does anyone know where he lives?

My partner who used to work for Callum Laithwaite (and never got paid), saw him in York a few days ago. He looked awful – dirty, scruffy and carrying a lot of extra weight. He appeared to be drunk or high on drugs. There might be some justice in the world ...the thought of him still living the highlife and scamming others was too much to bear. We just hope his low life mum Vanessa Laithwaite has suffered a similar fate.

Night Owl Ltd I was scammed out of £150 for a mortgage refund and no work done. Has anyone hot a Police crime report number ?

I went through ACAS and got a higher court writ to claim back unpaid wages. Unfortunately, because they keep moving and changing company names, the high court writ becomes invalid. Bit of a pointless process if you ask me.

A wise man once said, "never upset someone who is left alone with your food!". If I live to be a hundred I will never stop smiling when I remember Vanessa & Callum Laithwaite's piggy little faces gorging on my special sauce. Added with vengeance everytime they vexed me!

I hope these bastards get caught! It’s funny as pay was ALWAYS late. They expected the world from staff and worked us in to the ground! I used to work for this poisoned dwarf and her ugly son. They used to come in to the bar and thought they owned the town. They used to own Bar 46 in the market place, Malton, North Yorkshire. They actually scammed us all out of our tips and closed down to “refurb” using our tips which we earnt putting in the graft! They couldn’t run a bath never mind a bar/restaurant as they used to eat and drink their profits away. I swear Callum had a steak every shift I worked. Hope they get locked up. Absolute con artists driving around in lavish cars and living off the backs of others. Hope they get caught. I heard Callum now works at the Stone Trough Pub off the A64 near abbey.

These 2 scammers Callum & Vanessa Laithwaite. Its great to see more people report these 2 to Action Fraud. Nothing came of my report I lost £400.00 mortgage scam. I made my comment here so I follow anything to do with these cons. The more people that report these scumbags the more the Police will see the fraud that these pair are committing on a daily basis & getting away with it. I can't wait to hear one day these scumbags are caught & get locked up for a very long time.
