Again like what all the other reports are saying this is a scam caller. Links back to the meridian group who managed to get a hold of my CV on reed. I didn't really remember applying for whatever position they put me up for. Glad I didn't set up any interview
SCAM Caller. Obtains your details from Reed.
Had a call inviting me to an interview with Meridian Group in Middlesbrough and received an email link for a zoom meeting the following day. Hadn’t applied to a Meridian Group but thought they’d potentially used a recruitment agency on indeed so didn’t think much of it. Laptop was flagging the zoom link as malware. Tried to call the number and left a voicemail but received no response.
Said they were reviewing my application. Bad line so didn't fully hear the company name. They invited me to a meeting tomorrow (Saturday, which is an odd day for this sort of thing on reflection). Then she said great see you tomorrow....and when I asked if I'd receive an email with the address etc, she said she would send. Googled the number when I didn't receive an email to find this review. And I also know I haven't applied for anything with Meridian Recruitment as I've kept a record of my applications.... So a little worrying and odd. I didn't give any personal information, but they had plenty of opportunity to record my voice if that's what they were after. I'll wait for an email.... But I doubt there's one coming
SCAM Caller. Obtains your details from Reed and then uses a VOIP service to call you on a fake local number advertising a job. Do not issue them any ID documents.
