Well spoken Indian sounding guy Knew my Name and of my Mother's recent funeral then pretended to be concerned about all the debt I was in. I'm NOT Dangerous scam next step I guess would be to ask bank or card details for a cheap loan but I told them what they were IMHO obviously scanning public records too
