Call from this number, male named Franklin asked for me by name and who said that he was calling from the "motor investigations department" and was looking at a "section 4" (of what he didn't say/know) and something about credit. Asked me if I could remember the last time someone drove in to the back of my car, in day the last 2 years.. I have had an accident earlier in the year however due to the vagueness of the call I said never and he said Thankyou and hung up. Clearly a scam, I'm tps registered as well, don't tell them anything
