I'm sure I contacted this outfit from a result to a Google search for StepChange. Thinking back, they never said they were StepChange but they just kept pressing for my situation and financial information. They have strung me along for months now and if the IVA they have been talking to me about doesn't appear soon, I am done for. My debtors will take me to town.

Reported caller: When I pressed them after months, they said they were independent Financial Advisors.
