Had a call, said I was due £2900 in a PPI over charge with my mortgage. Interesting, never had a mortgage. Knew my name, but that was all, although call came though on my business line. Just get fed up with it all….

I get these calls almost every day, I am an old lady and they ask if I had a paid up mortgage from many years ago as they say they have a PPI payment for £2,900 + for me, so I ask them to send me a cheque but they say they cannot do that but ask for my date of birth which I refuse to give and tell them in no uncertain terms they are going to have my bank details, I have men and women callers all with a very foreign accent...what worries me is how many old people will they fool.
