Asked to speak to a director by name. Said they were from KBS and his name was james. This was the number that showed up when he called but when I asked for his number he said 01204 957014.

Asked to speak to the director, would not give the company name, and was very evasive and rude, laughing and saying the call was confidential. Due to the caller's attitude, we certainly will not be engaging in their services, and their number is now blocked; if any emails are received, these will also be blocked. Obviously a sales call using old-school tactics.
