Said they were the "investigation department" asking if I needed help with debt. Replied, I don't and investigation department for whom? They hung up.

I Answered the call. A lady said "please hold the call a person will be with you shortly" this wasn't a recorded message. It was put on hold with some elevator music and after 15 seconds they hung up.
