Refused to give me any information about who was calling when I asked. He wanted to be put through to our Financial Director and asked if I could try anyway without him telling me who he was. So I pretended to call my FD and kept the guy on hold. I wasn't going to put through someone who refused to give me any information

DO NOT ANSWER, caller is super aggressive and refused to provide any contact details for someone who is asking for "someone that deals with your business phone contracts" - definitely block
Rude bloke, pretending to be from EE when questioned he says he is from another mobile provider. Dick head attitude and questioning me if my staff are sat at there desk or not. Work on your customer service mate as i presume that is what you are paid to do.
Caller states they're from 'Schools O2 Contracts' but no such company exists. Caller was rude to my staff when they wouldn't put them through.
