DO NOT ANSWER, caller is super aggressive and refused to provide any contact details for someone who is asking for "someone that deals with your business phone contracts" - definitely block

Rude bloke, pretending to be from EE when questioned he says he is from another mobile provider. Dick head attitude and questioning me if my staff are sat at there desk or not. Work on your customer service mate as i presume that is what you are paid to do.
