They know your name then proceed to ask lots of questions I think to gather intel they want to know how old your dog is what breed what your washing machine is how old etc etc etc marketing say it’s 3 questions but by the time you get to 10! Questions they would keep going I put the phone down after I got fed up of saying don’t know to ridiculous questions - sounds like it’s in India although number appears as though it’s Manchester. avoid
