I have received numerous calls from this number. Posing as dcbl. Saying I owe money which is true for a parking fine, but did not specify how much it was for. Read out what would happen if I didn't pay over the phone there and then, that was implied. It was a woman's voice, very cold dry. Asked for bank card details. I said that I wanted to pay in installments, asked if she could she put that on my case. Said I'd pay through the app, but I just got a long pause after that. Do not trust this number. If you receive a letter there will be evidence that can be sent to your email of your parking ticket. Photos of evidence etc. That is the real debt. Follow directions. Do not give these people details over the phone esp card details.
