This is from a cowboy firm. I cleared my disputed council tax ‘debt’ in January. The Tribunal is in August. I am currently taking the ‘debt collectors’ – who starting harassing me more than 7 weeks after the ‘debt’ was cleared – to court. They continue to harass me and I have reported the harassment to the judge as contempt of court. The calls and texts keep on coming.
