Claimed to be the policy holder of the wife's payment plan, Massive amount of pressure applied to get details from her about a 'review' of her policy, asking for details, the wife refused as I had been telling people about these things and the lengths they go to so they get your info\money, even with this call she wasn't sure, even though I called scam after a few minutes of hearing her refuse to give details, the wife offered a lifeline to them by asking what policy it was that they were talking about saying she had more than 1, and they couldn't answer. After several minutes of immense pressure trying to get details out of her saying they just wanted to make sure she was on the best policy they just hung up, and then I found this had been reported here, I knew my gut was right Very, early on in the call, but it's scary for those unaware, because they knew her name (first at least) and gave their name as Mandy, so blocked and reported.

Calling about insurance. Told them not interested . Guy called me stupid and hung up.
Like others, barely able to communicate in English then wanted to discuss my Life Insurance. When I said I didn't have any they were flummoxed. "Erm..... why not...." they asked. Told them to where to go.

Someone with a South African accent. Called me a stupid woman when I said “I have no way of telling whether this is a valid call and I wouldn’t discuss any details over the phone”. Then hung up. Think it’s safe to say that’s not a professional call handler
