I have had the same person before calling, stating they were an energy official, no name of organisation, and asking for my post code. I asked the caller to give my post code as they should know it if they were dealing with energy supplies in my area. No surprise when the caller hung up. Not sure what the purpose of the call was but it is a scame
It sounded like a human for a few seconds then realised it was automated AI. Saying curtacy call regarding home, at this point I hung up, to take genuine call
Asking about energy/insulation - sounded like a person at first but then realised they are pre-recorded messages.
I never answer calls I don't recognise and to ne if its important they would leave a message so I would know to answer it next time but these numbers never do!
