Claims to have my debt files in front of them and can help me with clearing them at a small rate. Told him i have no debts then he said oh have you not to which i replied no so he suggested anything outstanding to which i said you claim you have my file so should know and i know your a scam to which he became offensive towards me saying i not asked you for money erm in first part you did hung up on him as he became shouty to me.
