I didn't speak and it just went onto engaged tone, short while later an 0800 number rang said did i have a power cut in my area BUT when I checked my phone didn't SHOW that 0800 number (no we didn't have a power cut but it seems a complicated scam to just get my voice saying "no" in answer to her questions!!
