Call received on my mobile. I returned call but recording said “This is not a valid Extension” SCAM !! 5/5/2025.
Called me 2 days in a row, day 1 - hung up when I answered (I think they might be ringing people on an automatic dialler) , day 2 - told me he was calling from the 'renewable energy company for your postcode and I gather you are the homeowner'. I hung up, He was too vague and knew nothing specific.
Blocked by call blocking did leave a message twice
Just seen this missed call. No message. Glad I've seen that others have been annoyed by this unknown caller.
Very strange automated voice, the caller was answering my questions with the same sentence, some kind of clever automation. He ‘presumed’ we had fitted loft insulation in the last 20 years and he was sure it was causing condensation.! I asked if he was a robot and he hung up.
Also had a call no one answered they just hung up
Didn't ring for long. No message left in answer machine
Didn’t ring long enough to give me time to answer. As I am Kettering code myself I did not think it suspicious but I am so glad I’ve seen this. Thank you to the other contributors - so many calls coming from this number on the same day cannot be good
When challenged the man said he got my number from the renewable energy database???
Just called landline, didn’t get to phone on time. No message left. Not a number I recognise.
