Recorded voice said "Hi I'm Jackie from... Are you the homeowner?" I asked who's calling please, and it rang off.

Always the same spiel - Hello, It's Jackie from ??? No need to worry.....Are you the homeowner, right? Numerous calls from numerous different numbers from this "Jackie". To the extent it feels like harassment. When I say "Telephone Preference Service" she ends the call. But calls me back from another number several days later. Sometimes it looks like a landline number, sometimes a mobile. If I try to stop her in her tracks she talks right over me. Skin of a rhino - never gets the message. But she needs removing from her "job". I'm reasonably confident that she is a fraudulent scammer.

I answered but did not speak. There was silence on the line for a few seconds followed by an engaged tone. Typical of spam / scam / robo calls but exact nature unknown.
